Hypnosis is incredibly relaxing, and in lighter hypnotic states people are often surprised that they hear every word and could get up and walk around. The deeper you go the more like sleep it is, you may find that you start to block out the outside world and just focus on what’s happening inside you now. You may find that you lose time and that a 30 minute session seems like moments, or you may feel like 5 minutes is hours. You may relax so deeply that, just like when you’re asleep, you can’t feel your body. You may forget the entire session, or parts of it, or remember every word. It’s different from person to person and from session to session.

Most people are surprised at just how relaxing it is.
